WHY IS RAW CHOCOLATE USEFUL?
- Raw chocolate contains healthy nutrients: iron, zinc, potassium, calcium, magnesium and copper as well as vitamin B. The serotonin keeps the brain active for a while after consuming it.
- Raw food is beneficial for digestion, as it contains useful enzymes, which would otherwise decompose.
- Raw chocolate contains antioxidants, flavonoids and polyphenols the small amount of which in the body increases ageing.
