The mixture is dried at low temperature (42-45o) in a dehydrator within 12 to 20 hours. This creates a light, crisp texture and an amazing taste, preserving all life-giving phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals and enzymes.  The taste is concentrated due to the evaporated water. The dried product loses 80-95% of its original weight.
